Social Media Accounts

As of August 2018, I have deleted all of my major social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GooglePlus, LinkedIn, Tumblr, etc.).
I have kept a few accounts whose purpose is the posting of music only (e.g. Soundcloud), and this blog, where I'll post occasional updates of what I'm working on, new music, etc.

Among an abundance of reasons for deleting my social accounts, the following three books were instrumental in my final decision.

Walden by Henry David Thoreau - “I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.”
